In my classes, you can progress and regress exercises as I have a full selection of weights and alternative exercises can be done if necessary. I like to keep my sessions moving with a nice flow to them. Many calories will be burnt I can assure you and the sessions are full of energy.

Operating 12 months a year, 7 days a week, I motivate in the colder winter months by explaining to my attendees that summer bodies are made in winter and it’s a boot camp, not a holiday camp.
I have a full range of equipment and weights at all classes that I guarantee you won't find elsewhere.
I believe fitness should be affordable and I offer a lifelong discount for all NHS staff. MY CLASSES START FROM ONLY £5.
